I'm Jasmine! I am a follower of Jesus Christ, I have been following him for about a year now and it's been such an interesting journey. Before following Jesus, I was an atheist at a young age, so I followed my own religion for many years and eventually, I became agonistic and confused. God called me at one of the lowest points in my life and I'm so grateful that he did! I began this journey searching for a true understanding of if God was even real. Shortly after, I began studying the bible and everything that I wondered about became made known. Over the past year, I have spent my time learning about God, growing in my convictions, persevering in my trials, loving others above myself, and renewing my mind to focus on the things above.

I'm passionate about deepening my understanding of God and restoring biblical Christianity to the world. This blog was born out of my journey before seeking God, as a disciple following Jesus Christ, and all the things I have endured and learned along the way. My desire with this blog, met·a·noi·a, is to help others who may be confused about who God is, those who want to seek God, or people who have already chosen to follow God. There's something here to help everyone along their spiritual journey.
